Laur Skin Solutions™ Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re excited to get your clean skincare essentials to you! Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship orders from Laur Skin Solutions™.

1. Order Processing Times

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

• Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer standard shipping options at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days after processing

• International Shipping: Available to select regions — delivery times may vary

Note: Carrier delays (weather, customs, etc.) are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Occasional free shipping promos may be offered — sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop!

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

5. Delivery Issues or Lost Packages

If your package shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

• Double-check with neighbors or building management

• Wait 24–48 hours — packages may be marked delivered early

• Still missing? Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not able to reroute packages once in transit. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).

7. International Orders

• Available to select countries

• Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country

• Transit times vary based on customs clearance
