Laur Skin Solutions™ is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the distribution Centre. Packages undeliverable by FedEx, UPSL, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub located in Trinidad and Tobago.

Alert! We are currently unable to ship orders to Canada due to customs restrictions. At this time we ship to USA, Caribbean, UK, Italy, Dubai and other selected regions. Please contact us to confirm your region for shipping. Thank you.

Shipping Time

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday – Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within Trinidad are 3-5 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
