Are your products vegan?
Most of our products are 100% vegan. We clearly note this on each product page in the ingredients section to help you make informed skincare choices.
Are you planning to be 100% vegan in the future?
Yes — becoming fully vegan is part of our long-term vision. While most of our products are already vegan, we are actively exploring reformulations to replace the few non-vegan ingredients we currently use.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Laur Skin Solutions™ is proudly cruelty-free — we do not test on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.
What skin types are your products suitable for?
Our formulas are designed to be gentle and effective for all skin types, including sensitive and melanin-rich skin. We focus on clean, non-toxic ingredients that help maintain your skin barrier.
Can I use your products on intimate areas?
Yes. Several of our products — including the Intimate Brightening Scrub and Yoni T Mask — are formulated specifically for use on intimate and delicate areas.
Do your products contain bleach or harsh lightening agents?
No. We never use bleach, hydroquinone, or steroids. Instead, we use skin-supportive brightening ingredients like Niacinamide, Kojic Acid, and Pink Alpha-Arbutin. Learn more on our Our Approach page.
Are your products fragrance-free?
Some products contain light, naturally derived fragrance or essential oils. We always disclose fragrance in the ingredients section of each product.
How long does it take to see results?
Results vary by individual, but many users see improvements within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the U.S. and to select international countries. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong item or there’s a fulfillment issue on our part, we’ll make it right. Read our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many of our ingredients — like Niacinamide and Aloe Vera — are considered gentle and pregnancy-safe. However, some products contain actives (e.g., Kojic Acid, Alpha-Arbutin) that may not be recommended during pregnancy. Always check with your doctor before use.
Why don’t you sell bleaching or lightening products anymore?
We’ve evolved. While our past included skin-lightening formulas, we’ve shifted to a clean, inclusive approach focused on natural brightness, hydration, and barrier support. Read more on Our Approach.
What’s the difference between brightening and bleaching?
Brightening means improving skin tone, texture, and glow — not changing your natural color. Bleaching often involves harsh chemicals. We never formulate to bleach or lighten your skin unnaturally.
Are your products safe for all skin types?
Yes! Our clean formulas are designed with sensitive, acne-prone, and melanin-rich skin in mind. Always patch test first.
Are your products suitable for teens?
Yes. Most of our formulas — especially the Acne Collection — are gentle enough for teens. If you’re unsure, contact us for personalized guidance.

Do you offer samples?
