RETURN POLICY
REASONS FOR RETURNS:
OPTION 1
If you develop or show signs or an allergic reaction within 24-48hrs of product use, return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price (less *S&H). Please include a copy of your invoice in the package for collection and ship to Laur Skin Solutions™ returns address.
OPTION 2
Exchanges and Damages. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost.
Please note Laur Skin Solutions™ does not refund or do returns for packages damaged during shipping and/or transit. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow us 7 business days from the date our system received the returned products to process your refund. Upon receipt, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner by which you originally paid (less *shipping and handling).
Upon successful processing of your refund request less shipping and handling, we will promptly initiate the return of funds to your original payment method. For debit card transactions, please anticipate a period of 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. For credit card transactions, the process is slightly quicker, typically taking between 3-5 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.

SHIPPING FEES: Rates are stipulated by FEDEX OR DHL. Shipping also includes customs duties and taxes of the return country Trinidad And Tobago.
HANDLING FEES: Our handling and processing fees are currently 10% of your order for each return.
Disclaimer
Please note, refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping including customs and duties charges set forth by Trinidad and Tobago Customs and Exercise Division. Refunds will be made only to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product.
Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Laur Skin Solutions™.
Laur Skin Solutions™ reserves the right to limit or refuse a return.
Laur Skin Solutions™ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Laur Skin Solutions™ is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the distribution Centre. Packages undeliverable by FedEx, UPSL, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub located in Trinidad and Tobago.
We do not refund initial customs duties and taxes nor customs duties and taxes implemented on returns.
Laur Skin Solutions™ apologizes for any damage incurred during transit and is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, including and not limited to emptied, spilled or soiled contents.
