All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed. This ensures the safety and freshness of every product delivered.

Exceptions – If Something’s Not Right
If you receive the wrong item or your order was not delivered due to an error on our part, we’ll make it right.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the incorrect or damaged product
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable/Non Returnable Items
We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

• Gift cards or promotional items
• Final sale or clearance items
• Orders damaged in transit by the courier
