RETURN POLICY

 

REASONS FOR RETURNS:

OPTION 1
If you develop or show signs or an allergic reaction within 24-48hrs of product use, return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price (less *S&H). Please include a copy of your invoice in the package for collection by the in-house courier or ship to Laur Skin Solutions™ returns address.

OPTION 2
Exchanges and Damages. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost.

We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow us 7 business days from the date our system received the returned products to process your refund. Upon receipt, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner by which you originally paid (minus *shipping and handling).
