HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK
A Pre-order item allows the customer to purchase our MOST REQUESTED or NEW DROP items in advance. When Pre-ordering an item from our website, please keep the following in mind:
Payment is charged immediately at checkout and not when the item ships.
The pre-order item can arrive prior or after the estimated ship date thats posted in the description box.
In the event that your Pre-Order item is not processed within 5-7 business days of the estimated shipping date, an update will be provided via email.
If the estimated ship date is over 30 days and your order includes a Pre-order item with an in-stock item, your in-stock items will ship separately. If shipping was paid originally then you will only pay for shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Pre-order is ready to ship.
If your order includes an in-stock item with a Pre-order item your entire order will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date.
Our Pre-order Items are Laur Skin Solutions™ best-selling products that have previously been in stock and sold-out multiple times or new launch items for early bird customers .
